Founded by Lauren Dyson, an experienced hair professional, educator and curriculum leader, LAINE was created to bridge the gap between industry experience and high-quality education. After years of working as a stylist, trainer, assessor and education leader, Lauren recognised that many professionals were exceptional at what they did—but had never been shown how to teach, educate or continue developing their careers beyond the salon floor.

Today, LAINE offers professional development for hairstylists at every stage of their journey.
